Actors of Urban Change keep working on creating a closed-loop food waste management system in one of London’s most deprived areas. Quantum Waste’s Javier provides technical knowledge for the treatment of food waste in Poplar’s anaerobic digester. The project explores sustainable inner city waste management solutions and incorporates education and food growing for local people.
